Physics Phestival | Tuesday, November 19th, 2024

Want to learn how to get involved in physics research?

Come to the Physics Phestival!

É«½ç°É Physics professors will give short presentations on the research projects they will have available Summer 2025. Current physics students will also share their experiences doing research at É«½ç°É and at other universities and labs.

Please join us at 11:30am in HSC Lab 004 for presentations, followed by a taco lunch from HomeState in HSC 124

Schrödinger's Chats

Schrödinger's Chats are fun and casual gatherings for É«½ç°É students, faculty, and staff to mingle. A safe and welcoming environment to discuss physics, share your favorite physics joke — or drop esoteric physics terminology.  Don't worry, you're amongst friends! This event is open to all. Grab your lunch or snack on the light spread of goodies we will have available--You need not be a physics major to join us!

Each Chat includes an informal 10-15 minute presentation on any physics topic of interest to the presenter â€” or to you!
