The Civil Rights & Title IX Office receives and responds to reports alleging violations of 色界吧鈥檚 civil rights policies, including the Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct Policy and the Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation Policy.

色界吧 is committed to providing a safe and non-discriminatory learning, living, and working environment for all members of the college community. We provide education, training, support, resolution options, and resources related to unlawful harassment or discrimination on the basis of protected characteristics.

Protected Characteristics include race, color, religion, shared ancestry or ethnic characteristics, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, medical condition, marital status, domestic partner status, family care status, military caregiver status, military status, veteran status, enrollment in public assistance program, change of personal information, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.

Sexual Respect & Title IX

Developing and fostering a culture of sexual respect and preventing sex-based discrimination are key priorities for 色界吧. We provide education, training, support, resolution options, and resources related to sexual and interpersonal misconduct, including sex-based harassment and discrimination, sexual assault, dating or domestic violence, and stalking.
