1. Click Print in your application. Take note of the printer you are sending your print job to.
2. You will see a netZcore print window.
3. Enter your MySWC User Name (Login ID) and Password. You will receive an error if credentials are incorrect.
4. Visit the print release station you sent your print job to.
5. Either swipe your SWC ID Card (with magnetic strip facing left), insert card with chip facing up, tap debit/card card for touchless payment if card is capable, or log in with your MySWC User Name and Password.
6. Tap on the print job(s) you wish to release and then tap the green Print button.
7. If Print button is grey/disabled, you need to add funds to your MySWC Print account. Visit any PayStation Elite machine to add value to your account.
8. Tap the red Exit button to log out.

1. Visit (Cloud Printing) to get started.
2. Follow the directions on the page. Take note of supported files and no files over 20MB.
3. Click the Upload a Document button.
4. You will then be asked to enter your MySWC Account Login. It is very important that you SPELL your correct login credentials.
   (You will not receive an error if login info is incorrect, but your print job will not show up in your Pay-For-Print queue).
5. Next, you can either browse for a file, enter a URL, or drag-and-drop a file(s) that you wish to print.
6. Additional Settings allow you to modify number of prints, control page number limits, and set duplex printing (double-sided).
7. Click Submit.
8. Your print job is now in your Pay-For-Print Queue. You can visit any SWC print release station attached to a HP B&W or Color printer to release your print job(s).
9. NOTE - Mobile Print jobs can only be printed by HP B&W and Color printers attached to print release stations. Mobile print jobs can not be printed by Konica Minolta Multifunction Printers.

1. Visit any PayStation Elite machine and tap the screen.
2. You can login without card by using the keypad to enter your MySWC UserName (lowercase initials and 7-digit ID number) and Password.
3. The easier method is to swipe your SWC Student ID card (black magnetic strip facing left) at the left card reader.
4. Tap ADD Value.
5. You will have the option of Cash or Credit Card.
6. PayStationElite  accepts the following coins: nickels, dimes, quarters and dollars. Machine accepts the following bills: ones, fives and tens.
7. All major credit cards accepted.
8. Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted.
9. If you choose the Credit Card option, either swipe your card at the card reader to the right with the green light (black magnetic strip facing left), insert the chip from the bottom pushing up, or use contactless payment option.
10. PayStation Elite does not give back change.
11. Tap the X to log out.
12. Finally, you have the option for a receipt.

For those who are not SWC Students, you can print from a SWC computer, or from your own device.

If you are a SWC student, please log in with your User Name and Password. Do not create a new account.

1. Once you click print in your application, you will see a netZcore Print window appear.
2. Use the Sign Up feature and enter your personal email address (do not use a SWC college email account).
3. Click Sign Up.
4. You will then see a Create Your Account window appear. Create a Login ID, enter your first and last name, and create a password.
5. Click Create
6. If successful, you will see an Account Created box appear in the upper right-hand corner. You can now log in to your account.
7. Visit any PayStation Elite machine to add value to your account in order to pay for prints.
8. NOTE - Mobile Print jobs can only be printed by HP B&W printers attached to print release stations. Mobile color printing is currently not available. Mobile print jobs can not be printed by Konica Minolta Multifunction Printers.

• My print job is not showing up when I send from my mobile device! Resend your print job and ensure that you are SPELLING your MySWC User Name correctly.  
• If you receive an error when uploading a file on your device, pay special attention to the file types allowed and keep your file sizes under 20MB.
• If the Print button is grey/disabled when you try to print, you need to add value to your MySWC print account. Visit a PayStation Elite machine and add value to your account (machine takes bills, coins, and debit/credit).
• My mobile print job is not showing up at a Konica Minolta Multifunction Printer release station! NOTE* - Mobile Print jobs can only be printed by HP B&W and Color printers attached to print release stations. Mobile print jobs can not be printed by Konica Minolta Multifunction Printers.

• You can scan to a USB flash drive (USB port is located on the RIGHT side of the copier).
• Scanning is only available to SWC email accounts.
