The Men of Color Success and Excellence department's mission is to: empower Men of Color to achieve academic excellence, cultivate strong identities, and build a network of support that fosters leadership and success on campus and beyond.
The term "Men of Color" includes students of diverse backgrounds, with a focus on Hispanic & Latino, African American, Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander and Native American males.

Jaguar Academy
Jaguar Academy involves a transferable course offering, field trips, counseling services, book, gas, and supplies vouchers to help jumpstart your academic journey.
Students who participate in the Academy:
- Enjoy a small class environment with a highly engaging instructor
- Meet with Mentors who will share tips and strategies to help your transition to college
- Receive dedicated academic support that continues throughout the academic year
- Participate in activities to empower students toward cultural, financial, mental, academic and personal success
- Make New Connections and Friends
