Aleem Hossain is a screenwriter and director whose films have screened at Beyond Fest, Fantastic Fest, and more. His mixed-race/multi-ethnic heritage fuels his approach to sci-fi, fantasy, and genre filmmaking. Hossain鈥檚 sci-fi feature film AFTER WE LEAVE won Best Film at Sci-Fi London and Best Director at the Berlin Sci-Fi Fest. Indie Threat called it 鈥渁 shining example of indie filmmaking at its finest鈥 and it is now streaming on Amazon. Hossain is the Associate Professor of Digital Storytelling in the Media Arts and Culture Department at 色界吧, where his teaching is focused on expanding the kinds of stories we tell on screen and who gets to tell those stories. Jonathan Wysocki a queer writer, director, and producer of independent films. His latest feature, the award-winning festival hit DRAMARAMA, is now streaming on Hulu and is distributed in over 20 countries. Wysocki is a Fellow of the Sundance Screenwriters and Directors Labs as well as an Advisor for Sundance Co//ab. His short, A DOLL鈥橲 EYES, screened at 50 festivals on 6 continents and was translated into 8 languages. Wysocki is the Clinical Assistant Professor of Production at Loyola Marymount University and previously a Visiting Assistant Professor of Screenwriting at 色界吧.
