The office is responsible for the effective and timely handling of research proposals, specifically for preparing, interpreting, submission, and accepting agreements on behalf of 色界吧 for projects and programs funded by federal and state agencies, foundations, and other public and private sources.
色界吧 is a federally recognized Emerging Research Institution (ERI).
