Tristan Waldron

 

Tristan Waldron (‘12) is an actor, director, and educator who loves creating original physical theater pieces. For six years, he acted professionally in the Occidental Children’s Theater and spent a further six years as its director; a role which he currently holds. He was a lead teacher in the Summer Institute of Fun and Youth Acting Program, providing instruction in physical theater, improvisation, and storytelling. Tristan also served as movement coach for the Echo Theater Company, producer for two separate performances of the documentary theatrical piece: Homeward LA, director of the Drama program for the Assistance League of Flintridge, and theater teacher for local elementary, middle, and high schools, including the California School for the Arts-San Gabriel Valley as well as the Friends Western School in Pasadena. Additionally, Tristan performs theatrically all over Los Angeles (A Noise Within, ArtShare LA, and others), as well as in various TV, Film, and commercial roles. In his limited spare time, you can find Tristan out surfing the beaches around Los Angeles.
